Hidden Hills Exterior Home Transformation – Greenville, SC

 

Casco General Contracting recently completed a multi-phase exterior improvement project for a homeowner in the Hidden Hills community of Greenville, South Carolina. The project focused on enhancing the home's appearance, improving energy efficiency, and addressing several areas requiring restoration and long-term protection.

The work included exterior painting, crawlspace insulation replacement, and selective stucco restoration, including repairs to portions of the chimney and other weathered exterior surfaces. By addressing these areas and applying quality finishes, the home received a refreshed appearance while improving its resistance to the elements.

In addition to the exterior improvements, new crawlspace insulation was installed to help increase energy efficiency and improve indoor comfort throughout the year. The combination of restoration, painting, and insulation upgrades provided the homeowner with a more attractive, better-protected, and more energy-efficient home.
