Dr. McGregor & Associates – Office Upfit
For this upfit project, our team at Casco General Contracting LLC delivered a complete interior transformation for Dr. McGregor & Associates. We built new interior walls, applied fresh paint to walls, door frames, and window frames, and installed durable LVT flooring for a modern finish.
To improve natural light and functionality, we added two large office windows and created two new case openings (3'7") for the lab and conference room. On the electrical side, we replaced all existing outlets and installed multiple high-mounted outlets in each exam room, providing flexibility for medical equipment. We also updated all lighting fixtures and added new track lights for the offices.
The mechanical scope included installing four new exhaust fans in the bathrooms and kitchen, improving air circulation and comfort. These upgrades, along with other finishing details, resulted in a more efficient, professional, and welcoming environment for staff and patients alike.
Siemens Commercial Renovation Project
Casco General Contracting completed a full interior renovation for a Siemens facility, delivering a modernized, durable, and high-performance workspace designed to meet corporate and operational standards.
The scope of work included the removal of existing vinyl base flooring and the installation of new LVT flooring in high-traffic areas, including the main entrance, kitchen, and both restrooms, improving durability, appearance, and overall flow. New commercial carpet tiles were installed throughout the office areas to enhance comfort, acoustics, and long-term performance.
Both restrooms underwent complete renovations, including demolition of existing finishes, new flooring, updated plumbing fixtures, and the installation of new commercial bathroom partitions. Phenolic vanity materials were installed to provide superior moisture resistance and long-term durability for a high-use environment.
The kitchen was fully renovated, including the removal of existing cabinetry and the installation of custom-built cabinets, tailored specifically to the space for improved functionality, storage, and aesthetics. New fixtures and finishes were also installed as part of the upgrade.
Additional work included professional interior painting throughout the office, as well as painting of a 10-foot exterior wall section, ensuring a clean, cohesive finish inside and out.
All work was completed with close coordination to maintain safety, efficiency, and minimal disruption to ongoing operations. The finished project reflects Siemens’ high standards for quality, functionality, and professional presentation.
Carolina Dental – Sound-Proofing & Room Division Project
Casco General Contracting LLC was hired by Carolina Dental to enhance patient comfort, privacy, and workflow efficiency by dividing an existing treatment room into two independent spaces. This improvement allowed the doctor to perform surgical procedures on one side without creating noise, distraction, or fear for the children in the adjoining room.
To achieve this, we constructed a sound-reducing partition wall using a double layer of 5/8" drywall on both sides, filled with rigid foam insulation to help minimize sound transfer and create a calmer treatment environment.
In compliance with safety and building codes, the project also involved:

Fire alarm system upgrades, including installing a new horn and strobe device to properly serve the newly created room.

Electrical modifications, such as reconfiguring existing lights, adjusting ventilation controls, and installing a new light switch to give each room independent lighting.

Installation of a new shared access door, allowing staff to conveniently transition or switch patients between the two rooms as needed, improving workflow and patient handling.

Ensuring both rooms met all life-safety, electrical, and building code requirements after the division.
The final outcome provided Carolina Dental with two fully functional treatment areas—allowing surgical procedures to be performed without disturbing young patients, while improving privacy, efficiency, and overall patient experience.
